I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Mathematics at the Louisiana State University. My mentor is Prof. Robert Lipton. Prior to joining LSU, I received my Ph.D. from the George Washington University under the guidance of Prof. Frank Baginski.
In my current research I investigate dynamic network attributes of granular media as a part of a multidisciplinary university research initiative (MURI). I use high-performance computing to simulate and analyze bulk behavior of deformable and brittle granular media with peridynamics and discrete element method, as well as study the theoretical aspects of the associated models governed by nonlocal, nonlinear, and dispersive partial differential equations. I am also interested in signal processing and machine learning.
